04

Executive Summary

July generated 548,253 views across four platforms, all of it organic. Facebook Reels produced 94.1% of that reach with zero ad spend. The follower bases have not caught up yet.

Facebook: The Whole Engine

515,940 views, 100% organic. Reels alone drove 514,995 of them. 5.8K of the page's 6,020 followers arrived in July.

Instagram: Small but Climbing

17,201 views (+62.1%) and 9.6K reach (+56.5%) from 45 pieces of content. Follower base: 172.

TikTok: Early Days

6.1K post views (+31.4%) and 4.9K viewers (+53%). The For You feed delivered 94.5% of traffic.

YouTube: Shorts-Fed Reach

9,012 views and 24.6 hours watched. The Shorts feed supplied 95.7% of discovery. Syria is the top country.

100% Organic Month

Views from ads: 0 on Facebook, 0 on Instagram. Every view this month was earned, not bought.

The Capture Gap

548K views converted to 172 Instagram followers, 52 on TikTok and 28 YouTube subscribers. Reach is not becoming audience.

Facebook percentages are launch-scale: the page grew from a near-zero base, so a 3.7K% view increase reflects a first month at volume rather than steady-state growth. YouTube July figures were reported without a prior-period comparison.

A Consistent Pattern Holds

One Format Works

Facebook Reels produced 514,995 of 515,940 views — 99.8%. Multi-photo drew 939, photos drew 2. The short vertical video is the entire distribution engine.

A Management Audience

Male 68.5–95.8%, core ages 25–44, Egypt and Saudi Arabia leading. Leadership and sales topics are landing with the people who manage teams.

Reach Without Capture

548,253 views produced 172 Instagram followers, 52 TikTok followers and 28 YouTube subscribers. Link clicks were 0 on both Meta platforms.

CONCLUSION: The content travels. Nothing catches the traffic.

What We Need To Improve

1. Converting Reach Into Audience (Critical)

548,253 views produced 172 Instagram followers, 52 on TikTok and 28 YouTube subscribers. Facebook converted best at 11.24 follows per 1,000 views; YouTube converted at 0.78.

Focus: Ask for the follow on screen in every video, and name the other platforms in the caption. Track follows per 1,000 views monthly.

2. The Missing Funnel

Link clicks were 0 on Facebook and 0 on Instagram across the whole month, on 533,141 combined views.

Focus: Put one destination in the bio and one call to action per week. Any number above zero is a starting baseline.

3. Retention on YouTube Shorts

66.4% swiped away and 33.6% stayed to watch. But the best Shorts hold far more: 83.0% and 80.7% average viewed on the two 28-second cuts.

Focus: Copy the structure of the 28-second Shorts. Longer held attention better than the 12-second cut, which lost two thirds of viewers.

4. Cross-Platform Weight

Facebook is 94.1% of all views. The same reels on Instagram drew 1.5K–1,924 views each, and 760 on TikTok.

Focus: Post native-first on Instagram and TikTok instead of reposting the Facebook cut, and raise output on the two smallest platforms.

What We Must Stop

  • Publishing with no destination. Zero link clicks on 533,141 Meta views is a funnel that does not exist.
  • Posting photos to Facebook. Photos drew 2 views. Reels drew 514,995.
  • Treating one viral reel as the plan. One reel was 402.0K of 515,940 views — 78% of the month rests on a single post.
  • Reposting the same cut everywhere. The Facebook winner drew 1.5K on Instagram and 760 on TikTok.
  • Leaving comments unanswered. 59 comments on the top reel is a conversation worth holding.

Next Step Recommendations

5 high-impact analyses to run next:

  1. Anatomy of the 402.0K reel — hook, length, topic — and whether it repeats.
  2. Follows per 1,000 views per platform, tracked monthly.
  3. Shorts length vs. percentage viewed: the 28s cuts held 80%+, the 12s cut held 32.2%.
  4. Native versus reposted performance on Instagram and TikTok.
  5. Baseline a paid test against a 100% organic month to price incremental reach.

Organic July videos
Simple takeaway: The For You feed generated 94.5% of traffic, while the top carousel delivered 2,509 views. The carousel beat both video posts — worth testing more of that format here.

Action Plan

  • Test more carousels — the top post by views was a carousel, not a video.
  • Raise output: 6.1K views on a 52-follower base means the feed will carry more.
  • Convert the 4.7K new viewers — ask for the follow on screen.
  • Add a comment trigger: 3 comments across the whole month.
  • Post native cuts, not Facebook reposts.

  • Serve the Syria and Iraq audience — they lead the country mix.
  • Keep the sales-leadership topic: it produced the top two Shorts.
